Shipping Policy

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and to international destinations. Shipping charges will be added to your order at checkout after you confirm your purchase.

Business Days

Our business days are Monday through Friday.
If an order is placed over the weekend, we will begin processing it on the next business day.

Processing and Delivery Times

Free & Standard Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Expedited Shipping
Orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific Time are processed the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM Pacific Time are processed on the next business day.

International Orders
We offer international shipping through DHL, UPS, and USPS.

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees required by the destination country.

Package Size and Weight

Maximum parcel size is:

• Up to 23 inches (60 cm) in length

• No more than 35 inches (90 cm) total for length + width + height

Additional charges may apply if a package exceeds these limits.

Chargeable Weight

Shipping charges are based on actual weight unless the volumetric weight is higher.

If the ratio between volumetric weight and actual weight does not exceed 1.3, the actual weight will be used.
If the ratio exceeds 1.3, the volumetric weight will be used instead.

Volumetric weight formula:

Length (in) x Width (in) x Height (in) / 305 ; or

Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) / 5000

Compensation Policy

The maximum compensation is USD 20 per shipment or the invoice value, whichever is lower.

Tracking Information 

Tracking information will be provided  no later than the following day.

Holidays and Weather Delays

Shipping carrier holidays may affect delivery times. Delays caused by holidays, severe weather, or carrier issues are outside our control. Please allow extra time during these periods.
