Return & Exchange Policy

At Couture Bridal Lace, every piece is thoughtfully selected, carefully handled, and individually inspected before it reaches you. We take great pride in the quality of each order, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Fabrics sold by the yard are final sale. Because each length is custom cut to your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items.

Returns & Exchanges - Lace by Piece

French lace and Chantilly lace purchased by piece may be considered for an exchange if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, uncut, and unopened
  • The item is in its original condition
  • The exchange request is submitted within 24 hours of delivery

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is required before any exchange is processed.

Quality Assurance & Damaged Items

Every lace is individually inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. In the rare event that something arrives with an issue, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

To raise a concern, please:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo or video documentation of the issue
  • Ensure the item remains unused and unaltered

If damage or an incorrect item is confirmed, a full refund will be issued. Please note that we can only review claims supported by clear visual evidence — this allows us to resolve issues accurately and efficiently.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

A Few Things to Note

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is confirmed as defective or incorrect
  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted
