Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know the outcome right away. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method.

If your refund hasn't appeared yet, no worries—delays are quite common.
Please check your bank account one more time as posting can sometimes take a few extra days. You might also want to give your credit card company a quick call (refunds often take 3-5 business days to show up), or reach out to your bank directly since they sometimes have their own internal processing time.
